Community Engagement:

Organize and participate in local events such as health camps, joggers park outreach, school health talks, and wellness fairs.
Build partnerships with resident associations, schools, fitness centers, and local businesses.
Build relationship with community leaders to promote Gleneagles Hospital.

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute localized marketing plans tailored to the communitys demographics and health needs.
Promote hospital services, specialties, and wellness programs through targeted campaigns.

Content & Communication:

Create and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters).
Manage social media and digital outreach for neighborhood-specific campaigns.

Market Research:

Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify community health trends and service gaps.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
