Assistant Manager/Manager-Maintenance

A Maintenance Manager oversees and manages all maintenance activities within an organization, ensuring that equipment, facilities, and grounds are maintained in optimal condition. They are responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance tasks, managing a team of maintenance personnel, and implementing safety protocols. Additionally, they play a key role in optimizing equipment efficiency, minimizing downtime, and controlling maintenance costs. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Maintenance Staff:Hiring, training, and managing a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Scheduling Maintenance:Planning and coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Ensuring Equipment Efficiency:Monitoring equipment performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to maximize uptime.
• Managing Budgets and Expenses:Tracking maintenance costs, optimizing resource allocation, and controlling expenses.
• Implementing Safety Procedures:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
• Coordinating with Other Departments:Collaborating with other departments to optimize resource utilization and address maintenance needs.
• Maintaining Facilities:Overseeing the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and other facilities.
• Managing Inventory:Monitoring and managing maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Management and Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

• Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and several years of experience in maintenance management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
