Assistant Manager/KAM/client co ordinator- Exports Customs Clearance

Role Overview: As an Export Key Account Manager (KAM) professional, your primary role will be to be the main point of contact for clients regarding all Export Custom House Agent (CHA) activities. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end export operations for the Shipper, ensuring a high level of service and actively seeking opportunities to upsell and bring in new business. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately registering all shipments in the ERP system - Managing the entire shipment process including vendor coordination - Maintaining job-wise documentation for clients - Ensuring proactive scrutiny of documents while promptly addressing any discrepancies - Obtaining approvals from the internal customs department - Coordinating cargo handling - Submitting necessary documentation - Tracking cargo until delivery - Managing invoicing processes Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA or equivalent masters being preferred - At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Client servicing activities for CHA - Possess intermediate knowledge of Customs law, Export procedures, incoterms - Strong Microsoft Office skills - Understanding of budgeting and costing for CHA activities,
