Assistant Manager/KAM/client co ordinator- Exports Customs Clearance

As an Export KAM professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all Export CHA activities. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end export operations for the Shipper, ensuring a high level of service and actively seeking opportunities to upsell and bring in new business. Key responsibilities include accurately registering all shipments in the ERP system, managing the entire shipment process including vendor coordination, maintaining job-wise documentation for clients, and ensuring proactive scrutiny of documents while promptly addressing any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for obtaining approvals from the internal customs department, coordinating cargo handling, submitting necessary documentation, tracking cargo until delivery, and managing invoicing processes. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA or equivalent masters being preferred. You should have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Client servicing activities for CHA. Additionally, you should possess intermediate knowledge of Customs law, Export procedures, incoterms, strong Microsoft Office skills, and an understanding of budgeting and costing for CHA activities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. You should be proactive in seeking operational improvements within the Exports CHA Department and drive additional business with existing clients through cross-selling opportunities.,
