Role Purpose

We at Pine Labs are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer with a strong background in Data Analytics, AI Automation, and Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions, managing technical projects, and delivering insights that support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities We Entrust You With

• Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive decision-making.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain robust dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write optimized and complex SQL queries to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
• Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end project solutions.
• Lead or contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on timelines and quality.
• Continuously improve existing data processes and recommend tools and frameworks for automation and analytics.

What Matters In This Role

Relevant work experience

• Bachelor’s degree in B. Tech, BCA, or MCA.
• 4–9 years of experience in Data Analytics, AI Automation, and Business Intelligence.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Understanding of database systems and data architecture.
• Proven experience in creating professional-grade PPTs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in handling and delivering e2e technical/non-technical projects.
• Prior experience in the FinTech and Payments sector.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
