Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting management and driving financial processes effectively for the assigned role, while being a solution provider to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the delivery and supervision of day-to-day operations. - Support various accounting, reporting, and tax initiatives across the finance function. - Ensure adequate compliance support to avoid any risks by proactive validation and checks in the process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. - IFRS Diploma is a preferred education. - Major accounting qualification such as CA/CMA/CS is preferred. - 6+ years of progressive work-related experience in accounting and finance. - 1+ year of demonstrated experience in people management. - Sound communication skills: verbal and written. - Expert Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles / IFRS / Local GAAP. - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of PeopleSoft/Essbase or other enterprise financial systems and Microsoft Office. - Sound understanding of the key policies impacting the process. - Sound clarity on Controls applicable to the process. - Ability to guide the team by providing effective solutions through expert knowledge.
