MM CEO - Corporate Sales

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive off-line sales using partner/client profiles through strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and delegation of targets to team members. You will be tasked with establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry influencers, and key strategic partners to generate business. It will be crucial for you to strategize effectively to set milestones, ensure stability in business volumes, and plan for future growth. Additionally, your role will involve reviewing and enhancing the performance of team members to achieve monthly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive off-line sales by delegating targets and maintaining client relationships - Establish and maintain relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, and key strategic partners - Strategize to set milestones, maintain business stability, and plan for expansion - Review and enhance team performance to achieve revenue targets - Plan and execute market-site visits to drive business expansion and maintain client relationships - Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing, and other sales-influencing factors - Keep updated on competition and implement knowledge in change management Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in a people manager capacity - Experience in B2B/corporate sales business - Networking ability and strong soft skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing) - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and good negotiation skills - Analytical ability and experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be advantageous Please note that this job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
