Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources, including PeopleWorks, Requisition tool, excel and any other data sources.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards to provide real-time insights to HR leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Create detailed reports on key HR metrics such as recruitment effectiveness, employee engagement, diversity, and retention.
  • Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and other departments to understand data needs and provide tailored insights.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments to understand workforce needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Support HR leaders in making data-driven decisions to improve employee experience and organizational performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using data insights and automation.
  • Recommend strategies to improve data collection, reporting, and analytics capabilities within the HR function.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Implement best practices for data security and confidentiality.

Requirement:

  • Multiple Countries - Region ( Americas LATAM UK/EMEA APAC)
  • Technical Skills – Excel and Powe Bi ( As there will be a test for Advanced Excel and Power Bi)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Power BI. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., PeopleWorks, MyHR) and data integration processes.
  • Overall 8 to 10 years of which 3 – 5 years of experience in

    HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of working with HR data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Data Analysis, workforce management or related role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects on time and within scope.
  • Knowledge of Insurance and risk management industry is an advantage
