Job Description

The Assistant Manager – Vendor Development will be responsible for end-to-end supplier development for casting components and plastic molded parts used in automotive products. The role requires strong technical understanding of tooling, moulds, die casting processes, PPAP / APQP documentation, supplier qualification, cost negotiation, and vendor life-cycle management. Additional experience in sheet metal or other commodity lines will be an added advantage.

The position will closely interface with Design/Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supplier partners to ensure robust quality, timely development, cost competitiveness, and reliable supply.
