Job Description

As a key member of the WNS Operations team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, grooming, and developing a team of 15-20 members to ensure the achievement of SLA. Your role will involve effectively liaising with various departments within WNS to gain support and resolve issues. You will serve as a crucial interface between managers and team members to facilitate and implement process improvement ideas aimed at enhancing efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include understanding different operational areas, successfully managing a team of 10-15 FTEs, ensuring effective work allocation, and ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are met. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the pipeline, ensuring quality and successful implementation of new projects, and ensuring accurate and timely reports are submitted to the management. People management tasks such as regular reviews, 121s, appraisals, and analyzing training needs for teams will also be part of your role.
