Assistant Manager Treasury

As an Assistant Manager Treasury for our client in the Manufacturing industry, your responsibilities will include: - Managing Forex: You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling all foreign exchange contracts and positions. This includes providing settlement instructions to banks and internal teams. You will also review transaction status, accounting, and reconciliations for all forex exposure at a group level. - Treasury Review: You will monitor bank accounts and credit facilities with multiple banks, including pricing and terms. You will review all new facilities across all locations, take direct action on unresolved items, and ensure reconciliations are streamlined and conducted in an orderly manner. - Managing Related Party Receivables: You will handle related party receivables and exposure across all group entities, along with related tax reporting. - Corporate Responsibilities: You may be required to take on other corporate-level responsibilities as needed. To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong initiative and understanding of currency and trade finance. - Excellent analytical and internal monitoring/control skills. - 2 to 4+ years of experience in Treasury/Finance, with a preference for hands-on SAP experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with employees, management, and external agencies like banks from different nationalities. - Proficiency in SAP, computer applications, and Microsoft Office. - Experience in banking would be advantageous.
