Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan and manage transportation and customer services. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Past work experience should be working in a transporter handling drivers, managing operation, and planning of the transport schedule. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers. Keep track of quality, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Arrange with warehouse, plan routes and process shipments loading and unloading. Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Supervise, meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. Comply with laws, regulations, and other requirements. Proven working experience as a transport Manager Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills and ability to work independently and handle multiple. Coordination for pricing & operation Execution: Coordination with transporter for rates Coordination with transporter for vehicles placement Coordination with transporter timely arrange volume of vehicles for movement. Handle transporter issue with company Handle company compliance with transporter Reporting and MIS: Preparing and submitting reports as per the requirement of the seniors with details related to: o Pricing for transportation o Issue regarding transport o Syscon related work Submitting accurate information as per the management requirement.
