Assistant Manager - Transfer Pricing

· Independently conceptualizing & documenting complex transfer pricing policies; ability to offer timely and efficient solutions

· Reviewing transfer pricing reports for their sanity and completeness

· Assisting in various advisory projects wherein research has to be conducted and detailed memos with opinions to be drafted

· Experience on formulating inter company pricing policies and advising corporates on practical implementation of such policies

· Suggesting clients on the appropriate arm's length to be maintained through advisory planning memos

· Independent handling of complex TP disputes before the TPO, Commissioner (Appeals) and the DRP

· Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities in the appropriate syntax

· Well versed with the Indian Transfer Pricing, OECD Regulations and UN TP Manual

· Strong analytical and research abilities while selecting comparable companies

· Organized and well-structured at work with high commitment levels

· Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability and confidence to interact with clients in India and overseas

· Keeping him/ herself abreast with updates / amendments in tax laws, judicial precedents, etc.

· Number crunching ability

· Excellent eye for detail and deliberation

· Efficiency in MS office and report / submission drafting skills

· Ownership and responsibility of clients/tasks assigned

· Overall a pleasing personality

· Developing good rapport with client management

· Proactive in solving complex problems of client tax matters
