Job Description

You will be joining BSR & Co. LLP, a member of the BSR & Affiliates network of firms, as an Assistant Manager - Transfer Pricing based in Chennai. In this full-time on-site role, you will focus on providing transfer pricing services, consulting on transfer pricing matters, preparing documentation, handling dispute resolution, APAs / MAPs, conducting comparative analysis, and supporting in tax audits. Your responsibilities will also include nurturing client relationships, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in Transfer Pricing, Tax, and Tax Law, along with exceptional Finance and Analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. Ideally, you will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in similar areas, and a CA/CPA certification would be advantageous.,
