Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager specializing in Transfer Pricing and International Tax to join our team at Bathiya Advisors. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves the preparation and review of transfer pricing reports, supporting tax and regulatory compliance, assisting with tax planning strategies, and conducting analysis related to international taxation policies. You will be responsible for client communication, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws, and keeping current with developments in global tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Transfer Pricing and International Tax, with a sound understanding of related regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Tax Law and Finance principles, including their application in a global business context.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Familiarity with global tax treaties and regulations will be an advantage.
• CA or equivalent qualification required; certifications in international taxation would be a plus.
