Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of trainers, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee capabilities.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, performance gaps, and skill development requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative training methods to ensure the training curriculum remains relevant and impactful.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees, promoting the value of ongoing skill enhancement.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on training initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on training initiatives, content strategy effectiveness, and hiring progress.
Ensures that various training methods are being utilized, and training activities like process knowledge tests are being conducted appropriately
Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and address any questions or concerns.
Develop and curate training content for the internal LMS Portal
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance metrics.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
