Roles and Responsibilities Manage training programs from planning to execution, ensuring effective delivery and impact. Design and develop process training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile over all 6 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field and 2 years in domain experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
