As an Assistant Manager specializing in Total Rewards, you will play a crucial role in managing the Total Rewards portfolio for specific business units, as well as overseeing benefits, wellness, and policies for GDS India Activities. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting the annual reward cycle, budgeting, benchmarking, and review processes. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as the Compensation Manager, the Strategic Consulting team, Talent Development, Finance, and Brand Marketing, you will drive the end-to-end Total Rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, employee wellness, policies, analytics, and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end compensation increase process, including budgeting and administration - Participate in annual salary surveys and provide analysis for job match and level changes - Ensure accuracy of HR data in collaboration with the TSS team - Generate ad-hoc reports, analysis, and presentation materials for leadership reviews - Demonstrate teamwork within and outside the HR Department - Contribute to local and global Total Rewards projects Skills and Attributes: - Proactive and self-starting individual - Ability to leverage local networks to identify Total Rewards opportunities - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Capacity to work independently and handle increasing responsibilities - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Qualifications: - Graduate or postgraduate qualification - 5-8 years of experience in total rewards - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data - Understanding of industry-wide Total Rewards programs - Ability to develop scalable and customized solutions What We Offer: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) provides a dynamic global delivery network with opportunities for career growth and development.
