Job Description

URGENT HIRING!!

1.Billing & QS Management

Prepare, verify, and certify contractor/vendor bills as per BOQ, drawings, measurements, and contract terms.
Conduct quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and prepare cost estimates for civil, finishing, MEP, and external development works.
Ensure accuracy of measurements and maintain reconciliation of materials & quantities.
Review and validate RA bills, final bills, extra items, variations, and non-tendered items.

2.Cost Control & Contracts

Monitor project budgets, cost-to-complete, and cash flow projections.
Support contract drafting, negotiation, and evaluation of commercial terms.
Identify deviations from approved scope and highlight cost implications.

3.Site Coordination & Verification

Conduct periodic
site visits
for measurement verification and auditing of executed work.
Coordinate with site teams, project managers, planning, and procurement for smooth billing processes.
Resolve discrepancies between site execution and billing documentation.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain proper documentation of drawings, tender documents, amendments, and correspondence.
Prepare MIS reports on billing status, cost control, and project financials.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and organizational SOPs.

Software & Tools

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Farvision / etc.).
Good understanding of IS codes, quantity take-off methods, and tendering processes.
