Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to join our growing education services team. The candidate will play a vital role in driving student enrollments, building relationships with Colleges/parents, and meeting monthly sales targets for our academic programs. Counsel students and parents on academic offerings and admission procedures. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into enrollments. Organize and participate in school seminars, webinars, and educational fairs. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up activities using CRM tools. Generate leads through tele-counseling, field visits, and referrals. Develop relationships with college principals, educators, and coaching centers for business development
