Skill in track record of developing a region/ territory. Experience of participating/ preparing government etenders / GEM portal or public procurement portals.

Strong understanding of government procurement procedures, GEM tenders, and compliance. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. About the Role: We are looking for a General Manager Sales & Marketing with strong technical expertise in Electronics, EMS, or Test & Measurement segments to drive sales initiatives across Defence, Aerospace, and PSUs in South India. The role demands a blend of strategic business development and territory management, supported by hands-on experience in handling tenders, key accounts, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B / B2C sales in electronics/ATE products to Defence, Aerospace, and Public Sector clients. Appointing dealers / reps in various geographical locations within and outside India. Formulate marketing strategies and expand sales channels Lead tender and bidding processes on government portals (GeM/eProcurement), ensuring compliance and documentation. Align with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions (PCBA, EMS, test systems). Represent the company in trade shows, client meetings, technical discussions, and proposal presentations. Provide strategic input for market expansion, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional departmentsproduct, engineering, and sourcingto meet client expectations.
