Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Develop and implement quality control procedures for plating processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in mechanical engineering operations. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., sensors) to optimize production processes and reduce defects. Provide technical support to customers on product quality issues. Desired Candidate Profile 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of mechanics, plating processes, and quality control principles.
