Assistant Manager-techno commercial

Sales & Business Development

• Meet and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by exploring prospective clients and projects.
• Conduct meetings with new and existing clients to present company products, including quality standards and technical specifications.
• Understand client requirements, terms, and conditions, and prepare appropriate commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Client Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with clients to understand daily requirements and develop effective execution plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards and technical specifications.
• Visit multiple project sites to oversee operations, monitor production, and proactively resolve client issues.

Production & Operations Management

• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently across projects to maximise productivity.
• Assign production targets to machine operators and monitor performance against set goals.
• Monitor on-site production quality to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain minimum stock levels of spare parts, consumables, and hardware by raising timely indents with the store team.
• Supervise machine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Reporting & Cost Control

• Prepare and maintain detailed production and operational reports for management review.
• Monitor expenses, implement cost-control measures, and drive improvements in efficiency and productivity.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure on-site safety compliance in line with company policies and client requirements.
• Enforce adherence to safety standards, procedures, and regulatory guidelines across all operations.
