Job Role:
Exposure in installation, modification and troubleshooting of machines.
Exposure in PNEUMATIC & HYDRAULIC control system
Providing Technical support of PLC, Compressor, Chiller, CNC tube bending Machines, welding (Tig, Mig, spot, resistance welding)
Exposure in Vacuum Pumps servicing, hydraulic pumps servicing (Chiller, vane type, Gear type, Reciprocating screw type)
Coordinate with Production/line in charge on day to today for the maintenance of all machineries and facilities are in running condition and take up machineries/equipment for preventive maintenance, reconditioning and upgrading.
Guide and assist operator with maintenance activities to maintain basic machinery condition, (Daily inspection, Lubrication, Bolting, cleaning, Technical support. And correcting problems.) & Ensure implement of 5s in shop floorContactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd.
