Job Description

The Assistant Manager/ Team Lead- Site Audit position requires 2-4 years of experience in internal audit of the infrastructure sector, excluding article-ship period. The ideal candidate should have a semi-qualified CA/CWA, B.Com/M.Com with audit experience. This full-time job based in Delhi involves PAN India travel of up to 80%. The responsibilities include conducting periodic Process & System Audit, Operation Audit, Management Audit, and Compliance Audit as per the Annual Audit Plan. The candidate will evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks and achieving goals. Ensuring compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures is crucial. Deep dive audits/investigations may be required, and the candidate must track and monitor the implementation of action plans effectively for closure. Candidates with core internal audit experience in the manufacturing/infra sector are preferred. Strong communication and report writing skills are essential. Those from infrastructure organizations or with experience in handling audits of infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply. The ability to travel extensively within India and internationally is necessary for this role.,
