𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Full-Time | Gurgaon preferred (Remote possible)

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 4–8 LPA

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Talent Operations to lead a team of 12–15 interns conducting AI-driven technical screening interviews. This is a full-time role for candidates with 1–4 years of experience in tech recruitment or placement operations, looking to grow into a structured team leadership role.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

• Own and manage tech screening delivery with full accountability.

• Drive quality, efficiency, and reporting through intern team leadership.

• Partner with the CEO to evolve hiring operations and scale SOPs.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Lead and support 12–15 interns conducting technical interviews

• Train team members and enforce structured SOP adherence

• Maintain MIS reports and screening performance dashboards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 1 to 4 years of experience in talent operations, placement, or recruitment delivery

• Experience training or managing junior team members or interns

• Skilled in Google Sheets/Excel for performance tracking

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱

• Worked in EdTech or HRTech (Scaler, Relevel)

• Familiarity with AI-enabled hiring or automated interview tools

• Willing to work in Gurgaon or relocate

𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳

• You do not have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment ops

• You’re looking for a strategic or back-office-only role

• You are a fresher or a final-year student
