Assistant Manager Support

As an Assistant Manager Support at Innervex Technologies, your role will involve supporting customers in implementing our solutions, managing a team of support executives, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling customer complaints, converting customer needs into sales, managing telephone account management, and ensuring timely delivery and implementation of our solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, negotiating agreements, and gathering market information. Key Responsibilities: - Support customers in implementing Innervex Technologies solutions - Manage a team of support executives to ensure smooth sales orders process - Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure maximum customer satisfaction - Convert customer needs into sales by establishing their requirements - Manage telephone account management and process orders via telephone, email, or onsite visit - Keep quotations up to date and dispatch to clients on the same day - Provide activity reports to the office as necessary - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers - Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales - Gather market and customer information to understand their businesses and requirements Qualification Required: - Commerce Graduate with a Management Degree preferred - Prior marketing experience preferred - Excellent written and spoken English skills - Coaching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Pleasant telephone manner and business presentation skills - Good IT and communication skills - Attention to detail and enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Willing to put in extra hours to contribute to business growth Join Innervex Technologies as an Assistant Manager Support and be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales success.,
