Job Description

Role: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

Experience: 5–9 years

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Start Date: Prefer Immediate Joiner

Work Hours: Must have overlap with Mexico time zone

About the Role:

LatentView is looking for an experienced SIOP Analyst to join our Supply Chain Analytics practice. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in supply chain planning and expertise in Kinaxis. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and supporting technical delivery teams in implementation efforts.

This is a delivery-facing analyst role — you will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements but will not serve as the end user of the tool.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Document and manage user stories for development and implementation
Map business requirements to Kinaxis capabilities and configurations
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical developers to ensure clear understanding and execution
Support in testing and validating solutions delivered by the development team

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of SIOP processes and supply chain planning
Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (must-have)
Proven business analysis and consulting skills, preferably in a client-facing role
Experience in translating complex business processes into system requirements
Familiarity with data analytics tools and methods (Python, SQL, BI tools)
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Exposure to other supply chain planning platforms or ERP systems
Experience working with global teams and cross-time-zone collaboration.
