Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in floating enquiries, evaluating bids, and finalizing sub-contractors for Data Center projects.
Prepare and review work orders, contracts, and amendments in line with company policies.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines with vendors/subcontractors.
Track subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project schedules.
Coordinate with project, procurement, billing, and commercial teams for seamless execution.
Support in preparing MIS reports on subcontracting activities and cost tracking.
Maintain vendor database and develop strong relationships with Data Centerfocused subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and company requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent.
Experience: 58 years of subcontracting/procurement experience in the Data Center/MEP/Construction industry.
Exposure to managing Data Center projects (preferred).
Strong knowledge of subcontract agreements, BOQ, tendering, and contract management.
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems.
