Assistant Manager - Store

Your responsibilities include ensuring timely receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials, maintaining accurate stock records, complying with safety standards, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain optimal inventory levels, stock accuracy, and ERP records - Oversee goods receipt, dispatch, and documentation with FIFO/LIFO compliance - Conduct stock audits, rack audits, and ensure warehouse efficiency - Supervise stores team to ensure adherence to safety & compliance - Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and finance departments - Ensure timely scrap disposal and adherence to company scrap policy **Qualifications:** - Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering) - Minimum of 8 years of experience in stores/warehouse management in the manufacturing industry - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office - Strong vendor and team management skills In this role, your performance will be measured based on: - Stock accuracy and timely issuance of materials - Warehouse efficiency and manpower utilization - Compliance with audits, safety standards, and scrap policy GMG Technotrades Pvt.
