1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various functions, ensuring timely and quality closures.
2. Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins and aligned with manpower requirements.
3. Liaise with functional heads and Circle HR to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth interview scheduling and feedback management.
4. Oversee pre-employment documentation, background checks, and ensure adherence to internal hiring policies.
5. Maintain accurate trackers for internal review.
Experience in volume/bulk hiring & high level of ownership and ability to work independently.
