Job Description

Proficient in English and Gujarati, both spoken and written, with strong computer knowledge, as the role involves handling SoCampus and raising tickets
Capable of managing the complaint management system
Able to manage the concierge team handling external business couriers/work
Responsible for overseeing the courier handling team
Lead front office executives across all floors
Manage a team of approximately 45 staff members, reporting to the FOM
Responsible for SLA management for the Admin function, including preparation and presentation of MMRs to the client
Required to closely coordinate with the client on seating plans for various BUs
Lead stationery store management, including periodic audits.
Ensure effective follow-up with all operational departments and third-party vendors for task allocation and timely completion, with maintenance of a daily tracker
