Job Description

  • Proficient in English and Gujarati, both spoken and written, with strong computer knowledge, as the role involves handling SoCampus and raising tickets
  • Capable of managing the complaint management system
  • Able to manage the concierge team handling external business couriers/work
  • Responsible for overseeing the courier handling team
  • Lead front office executives across all floors
  • Manage a team of approximately 45 staff members, reporting to the FOM
  • Responsible for SLA management for the Admin function, including preparation and presentation of MMRs to the client
  • Required to closely coordinate with the client on seating plans for various BUs
  • Lead stationery store management, including periodic audits.
  • Ensure effective follow-up with all operational departments and third-party vendors for task allocation and timely completion, with maintenance of a daily tracker
