Specific responsibilities will include to:
-Travel and find suitable compliant property options to support business need.
Terminations and Security Deposit recovery and settlements of sites.• Developing regular communications to all business owners including local and central Finance managers, IT, legal, Operations, FNIs functional representatives• Landlord relations, negotiation and contract management, escalation management of any issues beyond regular day to day activities• Regular Renewals of the Lease agreements before expiry.
Inter/Intra-department coordinations with Biz Fin, Legal, L&P, AC, Projects, EHS, FM, Design and Operations Team.
• Manage a high volume deal flow of complex deals• Conduct field tours with key stakeholders of potential locations that align with site selection recommendations• Build a robust pipeline of properties
Build strong pipeline of and connection with real estate brokers and landlords.
• Align and work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure requirements and the business needs are achieved through meticulous negotiations
Monitoring the Landlords scope of works and its timely completions.
• Travel up to 90% of the time, Open to relocate anywhere in India
