Assistant Manager

The role of Assistant Manager / Manager E-commerce Logistics Sales (B2C & D2C) at Shadowfax involves leading end-to-end sales for D2C & B2C E-commerce Logistics services. The position is based in Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore with a CTC of 710 LPA (Fixed) along with performance incentives. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in B2C / D2C E-commerce logistics sales and a strong understanding of the last-mile delivery landscape in India. As an Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new clients, developing and executing a Go-To-Market strategy, managing the sales pipeline, revenue targets, and market expansion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, and strategy is crucial in this role. Additionally, leveraging data to drive insights and performance is a key aspect of the position. Ideal candidates for this role are professionals currently in roles such as Enterprise Sales, Regional Sales, or City Sales Managers working with Express Parcel or PTL verticals. They should have experience in selling logistics solutions to SMBs, D2C brands, and online sellers, particularly in Tier 2 & Tier 3 city e-commerce logistics. A proven track record of client acquisition and sales closures, as well as a deep understanding of merchant onboarding, shipping needs, and e-commerce logistics pain points are essential skills required for this role. It is important to note that applicants from pure B2B industrial sectors, KAM roles without new acquisition targets, SaaS-only logistics platforms, or any non-logistics background are discouraged from applying. Additionally, experience in B2C, D2C / SMB client base, Express / PTL / Hyperlocal service lines, handling multi-carrier delivery networks, or working with tech-first logistics platforms are considered advantageous.
