  • To ensure that the services are done on time

Responsibilities

  • Service delivery PM & BD visit
  • Warranty and AMC status monitoring
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Service Resourse Planning
  • Training Customer team
  • AMC & Spares requirement
  • Co ordinate with Engineering Team for Service support
  • PM Scheduling, invoicing
  • Contractor management
  • Review of non-conforming product & taking corrective actions
  • Authorities
  • Contract negotiation
  • Certifying budgeted expenses
  • Other administrative activities
  • Allotting service job cards
