Assistant Manager (SCF / Unsecured Lending)

As an Assistant Manager (SCF / Unsecured Lending) at the company, your role will involve identifying sales opportunities for Unsecured Loans, particularly Supply Chain Financing products, by acquiring new customers and establishing new relationships. You will be responsible for generating fresh leads through self-sourcing and references, utilizing various communication platforms effectively, and acting as a liaison between the company and current/future markets. Additionally, you will develop relationships with MSME Associations, Industry Associations, CAs, DSAs, Connectors, and Corporates to enhance business prospects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify sales opportunities for Unsecured Loans, specifically Supply Chain Financing products - Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing/references - Utilize various communication platforms effectively - Act as a bridge between the company and current/future markets - Develop relationships with relevant associations and entities - Explain different types of loans and credit options to customers - Drive sales targets for multiple loan products - Manage the entire process from file login to disbursement while ensuring compliance - Collect necessary documents from customers - Maintain proper MIS and provide feedback on market-related activities Qualifications Required: - Candidate should have excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Motivated and results-driven - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - High sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets If you are a graduate or have an MBA in Finance/Marketing with more than 1 year of experience, this role as Assistant Manager (SCF / Unsecured Lending) based in Andheri East, Mumbai, could be the next step in your career growth.
