Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Saptagir Laboratories Private Limited located in Toopran. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing quality control, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in strategic planning. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining production schedules, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, supervision, and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools
