Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales and creating opportunities for business growth in the Automotive OEM sector in the West region, working with companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying business opportunities and target markets to meet monthly and yearly sales targets. - Engaging with customers in the development stage for the deployment of SP products. - Formulating business proposals based on customers" needs and forecasting customer growth. - Building relationships with customers at both OEM and Tier 1 levels. - Supporting the customer service team with account receivable (AR) deliverables. - Developing detailed territory business plans for next year's budgeting. - Assisting the sales head in developing long-term strategic plans for 3 years. - Ensuring appropriate and timely delivery of services and products. - Managing key stakeholders within and outside the company. - Developing account strategy and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve optimal results. - Researching market trends and products, fostering the development of new methods, processes, and procedures. - Arranging meetings with potential clients to challenge perceptions and drive product sales. - Recording sales information and maintaining customer records. - Utilizing working experience in the Automotive or tier 1 supplier industry, preferably with wiring harness or hose manufacturers. - Engaging in sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./ B. Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
