Assistant Manager-Sales

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager-Sales, you will be a part of the Sales team that focuses on building relationships and selling iconic brands in new and vibrant markets. Your role involves reaching new customers, markets, and celebrations to support the company's growth potential. You will work with people across the business to realize your fullest potential and contribute to achieving sales performance targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the sales and marketing business plan - Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Conduct retail outlet audits to study market share movements and track market share - Develop the team through motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge development - Design and execute volume schemes and special offers to achieve short-term and long-term volume objectives - Ensure Retail Trade Compliance (RTC) implementation at retail outlets in the territory - Set clear objectives for the team in terms of width and depth of distribution at the retail universe by ensuring availability of relevant SKUs and variants - Manage new product launches in the region and monitor stock transfer and depot management Qualification Required: - MBA in Sales & Marketing - Minimum 4 years of experience in sales & marketing - Experience in handling distributors and retailers in an aggressive market environment - Team Handling Skills - Business Acumen - Communication Additional Details: If you require a reasonable adjustment, please ensure that you capture this information when you submit your application.
