As a Sales Executive in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Adhering to the sales processes outlined to support the organization in achieving objectives - Understanding customer needs and requirements, and providing appropriate solutions - Actively pursuing leads, following up on inquiries, and closing sales deals - Regularly communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Developing a deep understanding of company products to address technical queries from customers - Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other internal stakeholders to achieve common goals such as timely dispatches and addressing customer complaints Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation - 6-9 years of experience - Experience in Valves, particularly in Control Valve, Safety Valves, or Self-acting PCVs will be an added advantage - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Technical knowledge of mechanical and industrial engineering principles - Communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment - Negotiation and persuasive skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and other sales tools - Ability to obtain and share Market Intelligence to improve the company's chances of securing orders with better commercials If you are proactive, have the ability to work and add value from a remote office in Hyderabad, and are looking to make an impact in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Wholesale Petroleum and Petroleum Products industries, this full-time role in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing awaits you.
