As an Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing at DHE Heaters Pvt Ltd, you will be a crucial part of the team responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving sales growth. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Client Acquisition & Management: You will be tasked with identifying and acquiring new clients while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Sales & Negotiation: Your responsibilities will include providing product solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to achieve set targets. - Support & After-Sales: You will offer after-sales support, troubleshoot any issues, and assist in custom product development as needed. - Market & Sales Analysis: Analyzing market trends, sales data, and reporting your findings will be essential in this role. - Collaboration & Training: Working closely with the sales team, supporting marketing events, and providing training to enhance team knowledge will also be part of your duties. - Marketing Support & Event Representation: You will support the marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and increase brand awareness. - Training & Development: Providing training and creating support materials for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills will be crucial for team development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sales or a related field is essential. - Experience: 3-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a technical field. Skills needed for this position: - Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Soft skills that will be beneficial in this role: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Adaptability to changing environments and client needs. - Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi will be an advantage.
