Job Description

This role offers exceptional earning potential and career growth - you will have the opportunity to earn incentives of INR 1,00,000 or more every month, along with performance-based promotion opportunities and performance bonuses of up to INR 1,50,000 in the very first year.

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end property sales via field meetings & site visits
Conduct client consultations, understand requirements & recommend suitable projects
Close deals and achieve monthly revenue & performance targets
Engage in field sales activities including site visits, client meetings & project presentations
Maintain strong follow-ups, negotiations, and excellent client relationship management
Work closely with management & developers for updated project knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years (Field Sales - Mandatory) Candidate
Age Group: 22 - 27 Years Qualification: Bachelors/ Graduation Degree is a must in any stream

Self-Conveyance - Must own a vehicle for field travel & client meetings
Industry - Candidates from any industry are welcome having field sales experience

(Training Provided - No Prior Real Estate Experience Needed)
