Role & responsibilities Generate and execute sales plan in the assigned territory & accounts Find potential customers, reaching out to them, and building relationships Gather information about customer requirements, challenges, and the applications of refractory products Tie-up with distributors & drive sales through various channels Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges Represent company at customer meetings and exhibitions Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure timely supplies Track sales performance, providing regular reports, and forecasting future sales Preferred candidate profile B.Sc. or B.Tech. (Any field) and M.B.A. (Sales & Marketing) 1-4 years of experience in similar role in refractory/ cement/ iron/ steel/ process industries
