Role Summary

Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business leads and grow the customer base for NVOCC and freight forwarding services.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with exporters, importers, CHAs, and transporters.
• Work closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or NVOCC sales.
• Strong knowledge of Mundra Port and local trade lanes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
• Existing client base is a strong advantage.
