Assistant Manager-Rural Sales

As an Assistant Manager-Rural Sales (Microfinance) at our Bengaluru Corporate Office, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the rural market. Your key duties will include ensuring stock levels meet client-vendor requirements, coordinating with vendors for timely purchase order fill rates, managing high volume demands through effective planning, and overseeing monthly collection targets and outstanding balances. Your role will also involve liaising with the service head and managers across India to enhance customer service in rural areas, collaborating with external agencies for artwork and marketing materials, supporting external auditors in reconciliations, and driving business development initiatives to acquire new accounts and improve market penetration in rural regions. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 3 to 14 years of experience in Rural Sales, with exposure to Aggregators and Microfinance being essential. Additional experience in handling Regional Accounts and managing businesses exceeding 50 Cr will be advantageous. Travel may be required based on business needs. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are preferred, along with excellent communication and influencing abilities.
