Assistant Manager Restaurant

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Restaurant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
• Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget and ensure profitability.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the restaurant.

• Proven experience in managing restaurants or similar establishments, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for motivating and guiding staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is required to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles is necessary for accurate financial reporting.
• A graduate degree in any field is preferred, although relevant certifications or training programs may also be considered.
