Purpose of the role

To ensure the supply/ availability of Manpower as per AOP at all the times enabling business to run seamlessly. To ensure the best available talent pool is created to fit in to the organizational cultural & compensation benchmarking.

Responsibilities/ Duties

1. Ensure manpower sourcing or availability of talent pool as per AOP

2. Sourcing best fit profiles as per organization cultural and compensation standards.

3. Optimum use of available modes of sourcing and using the best possible source mix in order to cost optimization.

4. Effective & transparent discussions with prospected candidates.

5. Coordination with candidates from initial profile discussion to interview conduction.

6. Coordination with respective managers and departmental heads for scheduling interviews and shortlisting.

7. Negotiate with the selected candidates and prepare CTC approvals at different levels

8. Generate offer letter accurately and timely.

9. Effectively achieve assigned recruitment targets

10. Co-ordination with the candidate and HR Support/Partner for proper documentation

11. Maintain various tracker relevant to the profile.

12. Maintain MIS pertains to manpower numbers and expenses

13. Prepare various reports for audit & management review

14. Manage candidate relation issues pertaining to CTC offered and role

15. Channel development with industry specific vendors.

Competencies

  1. Negotiation Skills, Mass Hiring, Recruitment Management, Network building Skills, Problem Solving, Excellent Communication Skills, Sourcing
  2. Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable

3. Computer literate Word / Excel / E-mail / Web based system

Experience

Minimum 1-4 years (Preferred from same industry)

Graduate/Postgraduate

Age & Social Profile

25-28 years, Male/Female
