We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager (Recruitment)


📍 Location: Chandivali, Mumbai & Airoli, Navi Mumbai

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

🕐 Shifts: General & UK Shifts


Role


🔍 We are looking for dynamic leaders who:

✅ Have 8–12 years of total recruitment experience

✅ Have 1+ year of experience as an AM (on paper)

✅ Have handled a team of 5–8 Recruiters/Sr. Recruiters

✅ Come with solid experience in Bulk, Volume, and Frontline hiring

✅ Have worked on agent-based hiring, staff planning & recruitment strategy

✅ Are experts in Vendor Management, Employee Referrals & Sourcing

✅ Can maintain a strong 95%+ fill rate consistently

✅ Are comfortable working in ramp-up environments


Must-Haves:

📦 Frontline/Bulk Hiring expertise

🤝 Vendor Management experience

📊 Recruitment Planning & Team Handling

🧑‍💼 Staff Planning & SLA Management

🌐 Familiarity with hiring for General & UK shifts
