Assistant Manager- RCT

Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Monitoring & Coordination

• Monitor return shipments end-to-end through the control tower dashboard.
  
• Track reverse pickups, transit status, delays, and exceptions.
  
• Coordinate with hubs, field teams, partners, and customer support for daily operations.
  

2. Issue Resolution

• Identify bottlenecks in pickups, scan delays, misroutes, or RTO challenges.
  
• Resolve issues by directly coordinating with operational stakeholders.
  
• Escalate critical cases to regional managers when required.
  

3. Data & Reporting

• Maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for returns performance.
  
• Analyze ageing, TAT, exceptions, and failure reasons.
  
• Share insights to improve network performance.
  

4. Process Compliance & SOP Management

• Ensure all reverse logistics SOPs are followed by ground teams.
  
• Audit operational adherence and highlight non-compliance.
  
• Recommend process improvements for better efficiency and cost reduction.
  

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with warehouse teams, city operations, customer service, and clients.
  
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders on aged or critical orders.
  

6. Performance Monitoring

• Track key metrics:
  
• Pickup SLA
  
• Delivery/RTO SLA
  
• Exception ageing
  
• First-mile compliance
  
• Vendor performance
  
• Drive corrective actions to improve TAT and reduce escalations.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate with 14 years of experience in logistics / e-commerce operations.
  
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time monitoring environment.
  
• Prior experience in reverse logistics is preferred.
