Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and sales, to meet project goals.
Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of glass manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with project management software and tools is an asset.
